Creating looping knot designs

In these videos, I will be creating looping knot designs using symbols in Affinity Designer. These tutorials were sparked by a post on social media. The author was creating a looping pattern using the pen tool. It felt a little static and left little room to alter and play with. Rather than go with the pen tool and draw the segments, I decided to create them using symbols rotated around a pivot point.
Once I got started I had too much fun with these designs. A dozen designs later I decided to share this quick and easy way of creating complex designs with you in two youtube videos.
